Luthor L. Bigbucks is a resident in [[Strangetown]].

Despite Daddy Bigbucks being his father, he is unaware of the fact that Strangetown is a television show, and is, in fact, actively being tricked. His father had given him six-hundred million simoleons to spend on real-estate in Strangetown and had banned him from coming home until he is able to do so. He arrives to Strangetown on the same day as the player does and appears to be living in the bedroom in the casino during the events of the game. He sometimes will mention plans to develop the town, but there's no evidence that he ever does.
In "It All Begins," he will be hanging outside of the saloon. If the player talks to him, he will ask where a hotel is as he just arrived as well, realize the player is not from Strangetown, then comment on how the city's IQ just "tripled."

He is scared of [[Frankie Fusilli]], thinking that a lamp that the player gives to him is one of Frankie's "warnings." In a later episode, the player will have to convince him (or [[Tristan Legend]]) to flirt with [[Ara Fusilli]]. Though he's intitially worried about getting on Frankie's bad side, the player doing a single friendly minigame with him will convince him otherwise, and he'll go out to flirt with Ara Fusilli, thinking that there's no way that Frankie could hate a "rich charmer" like himself. Frankie will catch him trying to flirt and will threaten to feed both the player and Luthor to his sharks.
During the mission "What Digs Beneath," the player must get plutonium from him, but it will cost the player a 300 Simoleons.

In "There Was This Mummy," Luthor's prized medallion is stolen by Horus Menhoset IX, and the player is tasked in recovering it. He claims it is "very valuable."
The player has to retrieve his 2004 Olympic Gold Medal when it is stolen by [[Horus Menhoset IX]], and he will sell plutonium to the player for 300 simoleons when [[Lord Mole]] demands the player obtain some.

In "Triassic Trouble," he And finally in "The Doomed Earth," the player must ask Luthor to flirt with [[Ara Fusilli]] in order to coax [[Tank Grunt]] out of his barracks. He will refuse at first, not wanting to get on [[Frankie Fusilli]]'s bad side, but being friendly will change his mind. Instead, Ara asks him to move a bookcase for him, but Frankie still comes in and threatens to kill the player and Luthor.

Despite Daddy Bigbucks being his father, he is unaware of the fact that Strangetown is a television show, thinking he was just in Strangetown for real estate reasons.
