The other two games hobby instructors are [[Marcel Siew]] and [[Michelle Wilkie]]. He appears in every [[neighborhood]] once ''FreeTime'' has been installed. Makoto can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by [[marry]]ing him. He has red hair in an Afro, green eyes, and light skin.
