The game technically doesn't have mannequin babies. When female mannequins are pregnant and they're in labor, the game will crash. There's [http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=292423 a mod] to prevent the crash and enables Sims to safely give birth to a mannequin baby.
Like aliens, mannequin skin tone is always [[Genetics|dominant]]. So if a normal Sim has a baby with a mannequin, they're much more likely to inherit the mannequin skin tone. If a mannequin has a baby with an alien, there is a 50% chance that they will have pale gray mannequin skin.
