The other two games hobby instructors are [[Makoto Traver]] and [[Michelle Wilkie]]. He appears in every [[neighborhood]] once ''FreeTime'' has been installed. Marcel can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by [[marry]]ing him. He has medium-length brown hair in a ponytail, grey eyes, and medium skin.
