'''Mathilde Norman''' was the mother of [[Richard Norman]] and grandmother of [[Albany Capp]]. She died long before the game's beginning, and is completely unplayable without the use of hacks. Unlike most premade deceased [[Sim]]s she has personality points. Mathilde is also one of most premade deceased Sims of [[Veronaville]] to have [[Create a Sim|CAS]] memories, but oddly has a bladder failure memory wichwhich is a gameplay memory.
