He lives with his big family with his wife, [[Marigold Racket|Marigold]], his children, [[Bill Racket|Bill]] and [[Dennis Racket|Dennis]], his daughter-in-law [[Silver Racket|Silver]], and his grandchildren [[Shark Racket|Shark]] and [[Lolly Racket|Lolly]]. The [[Racket family|Rackets]] appear to be a long-line criminal clan, and Max as the head of the family, is considered to be a renowned criminal. There isn't evidence, however, that shows Max's hard work of being a criminal, and although his bio implies that he is enjoying his retirement, he is currently working part-time as a Spa Specialist. On the other hand, his wife Marigold is the one who has the evident proof of being a successful criminal.
Max is a [[Mean-Spirited]] [[Evil]], who also possesses the [[Kleptomaniac]] trait. His lifetime wish is to become an expert kleptomaniac and steal others' properties. This would imply that his actual crime might be that he directly steals properties as a kleptomaniac. Max's work performance isn't really good either, as it's halfway to the bottom red. He might need to work harder, or else he'd get fired. Interestingly, Max has 7 skill points of Consignment. This is rather questionable as it's unknown what he's sold to earn that many skill points.
