The head surgeon at the SimValley General Hospital. In one set of goals in The Sims: Bustin' Out for GBA, it is revealed that he once run Club Rubb until it had to be closed because of unpaid taxes.


His profile states, Dr. Moore is the proud,courageous,and rather annoying head-surgeon at SimValley Genral Hospital.
