The Maximus family is a Maxis-made family that can be downloaded from the official The Sims website, or from this page at SimEchoes. The page at SimEchoes has pictures of their home at 4 Sim Lane. The family consists of MAHUIZOH "Jimmy" Maximus, a Criminal Mastermind and Princess Zaghawa, a feature star in the Entertainment career track.

While players will often place this family in Neighborhood 1, it can be imported into any neighborhood.
