In The Sims, including console versions and The Sims Bustin' Out, children whose grades stay at F for too long are sent to Military School and are never seen again. Military School is only mentioned for "color," so that poor students aren't just taken away. It does not appear in the game.
Stopping the child from leaving
Many people do not know this, but there IS a way to keep your child from leaving. All you have to do is:
when the popup appears, leave your computer. return in about a half hour. if the popup hasn't disapered, wait another half hour. this should then make the popup close. This should teach you to improve your childs grades!
