Misty Waters plays a minor role a few episodes. She can usually be found in the sauna in the casino.
She appears in the first mission "It All Begins" and complains to the player how there's no place to swim that's not helplessly irridated. She describes herself as a "person trainer, occasional model, and spender of large sums of money."
In "Blackout!", [[Penelope Redd]] tells the player to obtain some radiation-proof skin cream from Misty. Misty will agree to do so, but only if the player manages to cough up 1000 simoleons, as the skin cream is top of the market. She repeatedly comments on how the player needs more than just one bottle of skin cream.
