Mitch will usually not appear unless a delivery person has been called to deliver groceries, photo albums{{Vgversion|TS2:BV}}, or novels{{Vgversion|TS2:FT}}. But, like other [[service]] [[NPC]]s, he may occasionally appear at [[community lot]]s. Mitch has the same facial structure as [[Pao Mellon]], a [[newspaper deliverer]].
In Pleasantview, he will always have the [[personality]] points, [[skill]]s, and [[interest]]s shown below. However, they are always randomized when he is generated in custom neighborhoods.
