==Completely Low Mood==
When a sims mood is shown that the red point of the mood meter is all the way below, that also does mean that almost all their needs are red. What happens when the mood meter is all the way below again is that they wont do anything the player will tell them to do. Even if you tell them to eat, control the lights, sleep, go to work, use the toilet etc. they will just stand there not obeying to the things you want them to do. That also includes things like kisses, greetings/social skills and fun. So it is dangerous for a sim to be in a full bad mood because there is no way to make there mood increase again.
