MATY is not the most idiot-friendly community; forum members are not very forgiving of people who ask questions which have already been answered repeatedly, fail to show any desire to find things out for themselves, or generally behave in an immature manner. Newbies are encouraged to "LURK MOAR" in order to get a feel for the forumers' often pointlessly rude style of communication and heavy use of slang which is found nowhere else on the internet. However, reading the forums and downloading the content does not require registration.
