To have a dog relieve the chewing need, buy it the squeeky bone under missolanious>pets in the buy mode. To make a dog use it, use the praise/scold commands in the correct times. To make a dog use the squeeky bone, praise it when it is chewing the bone, and scold it when it chews furniture. |

Chewing and Scratching are new needs that were introduced to The Sims 2: Pets. Chewing applies to dogs, and scratching applies to cats.
