'''Noelle Dennis''' is one of the pre-made [[Non-playable character|NPC]] [[Music and Dance]] [[Hobby|Hobby instructors]] at the [[Hobby lot#Music and Dance: My Muse|My Muse - Music & Dance Studio]]. She comes from [[Hobbies (neighborhood)|Hobbies]], the secret [[sub-neighborhood]] introduced with ''[[The Sims 2: FreeTime]]''. The other two music and dance hobby instructors are [[Edith Lawson]] and [[Todd Gergis]]. Noelle appears in every [[neighborhood]] once ''FreeTime'' has been installed. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by [[marry]]ing her.

Noelle has short blonde hair, green eyes, and tanned skin. She is a [[Knowledge]] [[Sim]] with the [[Virgo]] [[zodiac sign]]. As far as [[personality]], Noelle is very neat, somewhat active, and a little bit nice. But she is very shy and quite serious. Noelle is mostly [[interest]]ed in Fashion, Travel, and Entertainment. She has the same facial structure as [[Jane Jalowitz]]. Noelle's pre-destined hobby is [[Cuisine]], and despite being a Music and Dance hobby instructor, she has a low level of enthusiasm in that hobby.

Even though her default head-shot depicts her having short hair, and a pink halter top, when Noelle is first spawned in-game, she will have an unused hairstyle, consisting of a red flower, and short hair. She will also wear a red dress with white spots. However Noelle will still retain the hairstyle in her default thumbnail, for most outfits besides everyday. When a Sim gains enough enthusiasm in Music and Dance, she arrives to invite them down to take lessons.
