The '''Old Sim State tower''' is a tower on the [[Sim State University]] [[college|campus]]. Another one exists and is called [[Sim State Tower]]. Apparently, this one was built first. It is five stories high and consists of a bathroom and a BBQ area on the ground level as well as an old sofa and a cheap TV on the top floor.
