A local politician that's been keeping an eye on you thinks you should put in the effort to improve your Charisma Skill. To make this worth your effort, you'll be paid to improve your Charisma Skill by just one level. Seems like a good deal!

The local Business Office would like you to stop by and give a presentation on public speaking and conversation skills. A time has been set aside for you, so visit the Business Office soon, give your presentation, and you'll be paid for your efforts.

A Charming Experiment

"Assist Experiment" at the science lab between 8 AM and 10 PM.
The Science Facility is conducting experiments to see if charming Sims can convince creatures to do things they don't necessarily want to do. This week, the scientists are paying cash to any Sim that can convince ants to dig holes in specific areas. Travel to the facility to show just how charming you really are.

"Teach Negotiation" at the police station between 12 PM and 8 PM.
The Criminal Interrogation Squad needs you to teach them how to talk... to criminals. They need to hear from you soon to solve their current case, so get to the Police Station before long and teach them how to turn criminals into friends! The city will pay you for your efforts!

A Public Speaking Event

"Give Speech" at the city hall between 8 AM and 10 PM.
An activist lobbying at City Hall has managed to get a speaking engagement to speak out against Fish Heaving, a cruel form of "Catch and Release" fishing. Unfortunately, the activist had an emergency arise and has asked you to speak instead. Get to City Hall quickly to speak and you'll improve your Charisma Skill.

Lobster Crisis

"Negotiate Lobster Crisis" at the grocery between 1 AM and 10 PM.
A crazed Sim at the Supermarket is planning on holding all of the lobsters hostage, unless his demands are met! You've got to get to the Supermarket quickly, or else nobody will be able to buy lobsters for dinner! Go to the Supermarket immediately, handle the crisis, and the police will pay you handsomely for your service.

Star Study!

See a play or concert at the stadium.
Your contact at City Hall thinks you could learn a thing or two about charm by studying the celebrities that frequent the Theatre. Go see a concert or play at the Theatre and you'll be paid for your effort. Your Charisma Skill will increase too!

It seems like a good addition to your burgeoning friend network is none other than (Sim name). Pay (Sim name) a visit or meet up in town and become friends. It'll be great for your charismatic skills!

Become best friends with the target Sim.
(Sim name) thinks the two of you could be more than just friends. Perhaps, even best friends? It's a big commitment, but a few long conversations and friendly outings might just land you one of your greatest companions. It'll also improve your Charisma Skill.

Use "Charming Introduction" interaction to a stranger.
You're quite the charmer, or you might be with a little more effort. Now that you've learned a thing or two about Charisma, you should try a "Charming Introduction" on a stranger. Your relationship can improve... with the right introduction.

Getting to Know... You

Use "Get to Know" interaction to a Sim.
Meeting new Sims is always fun... if not interesting. An acquaintance of yours thinks it would be fun for you to get to know somone^[sic] new in the neighborhood. Do this and your relationship will improve and you may even earn a little cash.

Smooth, Like Verbal Butter

Use "Smooth Recovery" interaction to a Sim, and visit the city hall.
Sims like you tend to get into a lot of conversations. Unfortunately, not every comment will land favorably upon the ears of its recipient, so you'll need to learn how to get out of sticky situations. Use Smooth Recovery to fix a social faux pas and you'll earn a little cash for your efforts.
