This is useful for Sims attending [[school]] as it does not interfere with their school schedule. Older Sims can take part-time jobs too. They pay less per hour, but have fewer hours overall, so they are not as time-consuming as full-time jobs. All part-time jobs only have 3 levels, and Sims cannot retire from part-time jobs, so they will not receive pensions.{{Vgversion|TS3}}
