He can be made playable by marrying him, or asking him t oto move in; although he might reject the proposal or not ask to marry as he has the trait [[Commitment Issues]].

Paulo has only four traits instead of the normal five for his age. He might be a descendant of the [[Frio family]] from [[Sunset Valley]]. Since Paulo might be a descendant of the Frio family from Sunset Valley it is possible that he could be either the child of [[Jared Frio]] or [[Connor Frio]]. this would make since because a woman in Sunset Valley named [[Claire Ursine]] is pregnant with the baby of Jared Frio at the start of the game. Or also there is a chance that Jared Frio got into a relationship with [[Monika Morris]], married her, and then had a baby with her.
