Paw Valley Road is a small but expensive lot, home of the Townsend Family that only appear in The Sims 2: Pets for PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube and Wii, there is a living with a kitchen and dining space, the bedroom and bathroom.

The back features a telescope, two chairs and an easel.

This lot is located up in the hills, so give a nice view of the lake.

It has one bedroom, one bathroom, two living areas and a kitchen.
