Although, for a Vampire Lounge, there are many human Sims that enter and very few Vampires. The bartender, may also be a human Sim, along with the bouncer outside of the door. On occasional nights, the club is packed - but most of the days it has very few, to none, Sims inside, besides the Mixologist, Pianist, and Bouncer.
When you come in, you can take the elevator the vampire lounge or go to a floor with two coffins for vampires to sleep. Your sim can discover the coffins, but they would't not know that it's a place for vampires to sleep. If you look around the creepy room, you see yellow tiles, follow them, and you find a staircase, go upstairs and you find a very small vampire church garden. There's red light and one gravestone, with a dead vampire.
