The '''Popularity''' aspiration is one of the five basic aspirations for a [[Sim]] that comes with the [[The Sims 2]] game. Sims that have the Popularity aspiration typically want to make many friends and best friends, and will also want to choose certain career paths based on this aspiration such as Athletics[[Athletic]] or [[Politics]]. Throwing [[Party|parties]] is also a common want for Popularity Sims--which, in turn, provides them with opportunities to make yet more friends. Sims with high Nice and Outgoing [[personality]] ratings typically do well as Popularity Sims.
