Rally Forth! is a business perk available in The Sims 2: Open for Business.
This is an action used to boost your workers' moods and abilities on their job. But when you use this, you sacrifice your needs to give to your employees, so be careful using this powerful move.
It is possible to die when using Rally Forth, if your needs plummet too low. Death by Rally Forth is considered its own form of death, and has its own type of ghost: a white ghost with the megaphone it used.
