This is an action used to boost [[employees]]' moods and abilities on their job. However, Sims who use Rally Forth sacrifice their needs to give to their employees, so players should be careful using this powerful move.
Sims can only gain the Rally Forth skill after they have gained a certain amount of Business Perks. Business Points give them special skills which they can use to improve their business.

It is possible for a Sim to die when using Rally Forth, if their needs plummet too low. Death by Rally Forth is considered its own form of death, and has its own type of ghost: a golden ghost with the megaphone it used.
