It is possible for a Sim to die when using Rally Forth, if their needs plummet too low. Death by Rally Forth is considered its own form of death, and has its own type of ghost: a golden ghost with the megaphone it used. If their needs are too low they can choke and die after shouting in the megaphone for a long time.
