Rally Forth! is a business perk available in The Sims 2: Open for Business. It is at the top of the Motivation track of business perks.

This action is used to boost employees' moods and abilities on their jobs. However, Sims who use Rally Forth sacrifice their needs to give to their employees, so players should be careful using this powerful move.

Death by Rally Forth

It is possible for a Sim to die when using Rally Forth, if their needs plummet too low. Death by Rally Forth is considered its own form of death, and has its own type of ghost: a golden ghost with the megaphone it used.

Tips

Rally Forth cannot be canceled once it starts, and it lasts for about half a sim hour, so if your sim starts it and has low needs, there is little that can be done unless there is a good witch who can use the 'Benemoodus Simae' spell. It is best to only use this perk if your business owner has the energizer reward on hand and is at gold aspiration or above, or is a witch and has a throne on the lot, in order to recharge after using this perk. If the business owner is a good-aligned witch, he or she can instead use the spell 'Benemoodus Populus', which is more effective for boosting moods and doesn't drain energy near as much.
