What it does
This is an action used to boost employees' moods and abilities on their job. However, Sims who use Rally Forth sacrifice their needs to give to their employees, so players should be careful using this powerful move.
Death by Rally Forth
It is possible for a Sim to die when using Rally Forth, if their needs plummet too low. Death by Rally Forth is considered its own form of death, and has its own type of ghost: a golden ghost with the megaphone it used.
