Rebecca Goth is a non-playable sim Shipped with the game in Sugar Maple Coast, a neighborhood in The Sims 3 Pets (console).
Her relationship to the rest of the Goth Family is unknown, however towards the bottom of the neighborhood, there is a graveyard named The Goth Family Cemetary, and in it resides the grave of Timious Goth, obviously there is a relationship between the two, but it is still unknown.
