Responsibilities are a feature in The Sims Medieval. Two Responsibilites appear every day at 9:00 AM and must be completed. If they are not performed in the amount of time given, (usually 10 to 20 hours) the Sim will receive a negative buff which will in turn decrease their Quest Performance. Responsibilities do not relate to the Sim's quest but do relate to the type of hero that they are. For example, a Peteran Priest may be required to convert a given number of sims to the Peteran Faith, or give a Sermon.
