==The Sims: Hot Date==
A restaurant system is first introduced in ''The Sims: Hot Date''. With it, comes two variantionsvariations of podium: the cheap one ('''Bel-Air Series Podium''') and the expensive one ('''Gastronomer Restaurant Podium'''). The number of podiums spawns the same number of waiters/waitresses and chefs. For the restaurant to function, a podium must be in the same room where the dining tables with chairs are located. Dining sims make and leave orders near by the podium and will line up in front of it.
