'''River Conner''' is a [[toddler]] in [[Moonlight Bay]]. She, [[Palmira Medina]], and [[Irene Su]] are the only toddlers with the [[Insane]] [[trait]]. She lives in the Single Dads Household with her father, [[William Conner|William]]. She has already learned how to talk. She is already disliked by her roommate [[Leonard Ryan]] and she is enemies with his son [[Logan Ryan]]. She has a very good [[relationship]] with her father. River has a very glitchy age system. She appears to have been created to die as a child, however often bypasses this death. This causes a glitch which makes her age span stick on the shortest one, no matter what you adjust age spans too. Sometimes her child death is reported in the newspaper as death from old age and she has reportedly acted like am elder in her teen years.
