River's age appears to be glitchy. She appears to have been created to die as a child; however, she often bypasses this death. This causes a glitch which makes her lifespan stick on the shortest one, no matter what length the player has configured the lifespans to be. Sometimes her child death is reported in the [[newspaper]] as death from old age and she has reportedly has acted like an elder in her teen years.
