She was the wife of [[Johnathan Teatherton]], the mother of [[Alexandra O'Mackey]], and the grandmother of [[Jules O'Mackey]]. Sarah has [[personality]] points and [[interest]]s, something not every ancestral Sim has. She is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave.
Sarah has the [[Fortune]] [[Aspiration (The Sims 2)|aspiration]], and the [[Aquarius]] [[zodiac sign]]. As far as personality, she is quite playful and rather nice, but she is a little bit sloppy, shy, and lazy. According to Sarah's SimDNA in [[Package editor#SimPE|SimPE]], her hair was blonde before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 14 days left in the [[elder]] [[life stage]] when she died. Sarah's facial structure is seemingly identical to the 1st Maxis face template in [[Create a Sim]].
Strangely, she was one of [[Morty Roth]]'s major caretakers when he was growing up, as reflected in his [[memories]]. It can be assumed that the reason Sarah appears as Morty's caretaker is because his real mother [[Sara Roth]] has a similar first name to hers, but it's spelled differently. It is most likely a mistake made by the developers. Also when viewing their [[relationship]]s in SimPE, they had no pre-set relation to one another.
