Unlike previous games of ''The Sims Series'', the Science career track doesn't appear in the base game. However, it does return in the first expansion pack, ''[[The Sims 4: Get To Work|Get To Work]]''. In this expansion pack, the Science career has evolved into an active career, in which Sims can go to the science lab lot, enter the building, and explore inside with other co-workers.
