Here, Sims can perform a multitude of tasks, such as creating [[Chemistry Table|serums]], [[Invention Constructor|inventions]], analyses, or talking to co-workers. Co-Workers have special interactions with the active Sim at the workplace. The player-controlled Sim can ask co-workers for metals or crystals; the Sim will receive a random type of metal or crystal which can be used in an invention. Sims can also order their co-workers to do specific tasks such as work on the garden or try working on a new invention.
