A Sim gains aspiration benefit points by filling her Lifetime [[Aspiration bar]] that can be spent on aspiration benefits. These aspiration benefits can be purchased by opening the aspiration rewards panel and clicking on the [[Aspiration Benefits]] button.
There are four areas in which these can be spent: [[motives]], [[careers|work]], [[Aspiration|primary aspiration]] and secondary aspiration.
Secondary aspirations are not available to [[Toddler]]s and [[Children]] and a primary aspiration must be chosen first.
