The McArthur Square (the large park) seems to be a favorite destination for [[Sim City (City)|Sim City]]'s cultural elite, so it may be where some high society and rich people hang out. Houses in that area are built in a fancy Victorian French Quarter style, and they are very big and expensive. The Sim City Bridge Society is a bridge society. It's founder was Cornelia Goth. Buffy Snooty Patooty is also a member, which means that perhaps the Sim City Bridge Society was a society for the very rich and upper-class sims.
The McArthur Square (the large park) seems to be a favorite destination for Sim City's cultural elite, so it may be where some high society and rich people hang out. Houses in that area are built in a fancy Victorian French Quarter style, and they are very big and expensive. There's the Courtyard Villa, the Mango Manor, The Goth Home and others.
