The McArthur Square (the large park) seems to be a favorite destination for [[SimCity]]'s cultural elite, so it may be where some high society and rich people hang out. Houses in that area are built in a fancy Victorian French Quarter style, and they are very big and expensive. There's the Courtyard Villa, the Mango Manor, [[77 Maple Street|the Goth Home]] and others.
