The Sim City Bridge Society is a bridge society. Its founder was Cornelia Goth as mentioned in her biography in the Sims Unleashed. Buffy Snooty Patooty is also a member, which inplies that perhaps the Sim City Bridge Society was a society whose membership consisted mainly of wealthy or upper-class sims.
