The Sims State Tower is the newer, sleeker, shinier, version of the infamous Old Sim State Tower. It is nearly identical to the old one and "holds a special place in Sim State graduates hearts". It's a famous landmark on the campus and there's not much to do with either of them. She is six stories high.
