The Sim State tower is the newer, sleeker, shinier, version of the infamous Old Sim State Tower. It is nearly identical to the old one and "holds a special place in Sim State graduates hearts." It's a famous landmark on the campus and there's not much to do with either of them. It is six stories high. On the top floor there is a hot tub.
