The '''Sim State Tower''' is the newer, sleeker, shinier, version of the famous [[Old Sim State Tower]]. It is nearly identical to the old one which "holds a special place in Sim State graduates hearts." It's a famous landmark on the campus and there's not much to do with either of them. It is six stories high. On the top floor there is a [[hot tub]].
