The Simoleon Savers household concists of the roomies Penny Pincher and Clark Peddler who lives in Portico model one at 64 Westlake Drive. Clark Peddler is the ex-husband of Kat Hunter and hates spending money. Penny Pincher is his best friend and if story progression is left alone, they will usually begin a romantic relationship.
