Line 3:
In The Sims: Makin' Magic, on some of the Magic Town lots, Nagganaste the snake charmer would let Sims try to charm his snake, for a fee, and earn MagiCoins, but if their energy is low, they may fall asleep in the process.

In The Sims 3: World Adventures, Sims can purchase a Snake Charming Basket while on vacation in Al Simhara. When they try to charm the snake, a Sim can be bitten by it either in the face or hand. If a Sim is a skilled enough snake charmer, they can purchase a king cobra and reduce the chance to get bit by it. Sims who have been cursed by mummies can have the curse lifted by kissing a snake. As long as your snake charmer has gotten the snake to do something at least once, you can charm snakes into people on that lot's clothes! What fun! The affected sim will jump around as if they are on fire, and when stopping the charming will immediately go argue with the offending charmer.
