The house is small, with an open-plan first floor, and three bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have two beds, while the third has one; all of them have cheap beds. One room has a computer and a dresser. There is a small swimming pool in the rear of the house.
While the front door appears to be the '''Chiclettina "Mauritania" Beveled Glass Door''', it is actually the "Template 1 tile Door", which does not appear in the [[Build mode]] catalog. This does not affect its functioning, but does affect the player's ability to use the Eyedropper tool and Design tool on it.
