He doesn't have any friends in the start,and if you play without cheats, it is pretty hard to make friends for him. You have to communicate a lot with his future friends. He is a person that wants to have a lots of money. Money are his biggest (lifetime) wish. He has no romances, but you can easily find him a girlfriend.
