This cools the Sim down. * Weather changes also ~~appears~~appear to wake Sims with heatstroke~~. I have had a sim wake from heatstroke before nightime when it hailed.~~ Heatstroke can be avoided by cooling a Sim down once they start over-heating. Give them some lemonade, get them indoors or in the pool. Putting them in a hot tub is not recommended though.
