*There is a cheat that can send the social worker away. Just as she arrives, go to buy mode and use the move_objects on cheat. Then delete the social worker. The baby will be reborn but it will have to be renamed and it might not be the same gender. The player will also have to care for the baby for another three days before it becomes a child.
