Why does the fishing level keep bouncing back and forth between 7 and 10? The "Fishing for the Dead: Deathfish and Vampirefish on the Line" says "Fishing level required: 7". In fact, I just took a sim with 7 fishing, went to the graveyard after reading the book, and caught a Deathfish. He's still at Fishing level 7. So to whomever keeps changing it to 10: Stop. You are incorrect. —ErzengelLichtes (Contribs) 06:41, 24 July 2009 (UTC)

I tried to fix a link to the Food Replicator. A random new paragraph was inserted. I tried to fix that. Some of the text disappeared. It seems I can't fix my own unintentional vandalism. Sorry for the inconvenience. 68.97.56.173 16:22, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

Resurrection
Does Ghosts automatically go to the Ambrosia when pulled out of the fridge, I mean, if I put it out on the table, the ghost on my house will go after it?

Skill requirements for Ambrosia
Cooking a serving of Ambrosia seems to require Cooking, Fishing, and Gardening skills; Death fish and Life fruit as ingredients; and having learned the recipe. It's true that Life fruit and Death fish can only be planted and caught with level 7 of corresponding skills, but from what I gathered in Recipe.XML, it states that cooking Ambrosia does require level 10 of all three of the skills.

Disregard the fact of what level it requires to collect the ingredients. They're just ingredients, after all, and through any means (cheats perhaps), you may be able to gather them without having to plant or catch them. What matters now is that if the skill actually requires level 10 of all three skills, or it merely needs level 10 of Cooking skill (Gardening and Fishing may only be based on the ingredients). I've never cooked Ambrosia myself, so I don't know about this. I want to make sure what the actual skill requirements for this recipe are. ==NPCs Ghosts not eating Ambrosia autonomously==
I'm not sure about this fact, since I can remember some ghosts eating it autonomously in my game before. I used to leave it outside at night time for them. Although this may be because I transferred their graves to a residential lot so that my Sims could make the ambrosia for them. This could have affected their ghost status from being classified as being an NPC ghost to being a standard residential ghost. In that case, I stand corrected. -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 12:03, May 25, 2015 (UTC)
