It doesn't really matter because I have those Sims in other neighbourhoods, and after a while I deleted Belladonna Cove because it was keeping me from playing the base game neighbourhoods. :I've never experienced something that bad, although I once aged down an adult to a teenager and knew it was problematic. They had rock bottom aspiration and F report card, but their aspiration and fitness remained. I don't know about their voice though.
